Returns & Exchanges

At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not 100% happy, you can return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been assembled or ridden to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Mini BMX or parts in the original factory box, ensuring all components, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
